The Exam experience itself was nice - but I had a little technical hiccups from my end. Overall, great experience and shall I say, great results too.

A lot of waiting time. You're expected to sign in 30 minutes before your exam. After finished of the first steps I had to wait for 20 minute before I was allowed to continue with the next step, connect with the proctor. It was then five minutes before my scheduled exam is expected to start. But instead I had to wait for another 20 minutes before the proctor showed up No explaination to the delay was given. When the exam finally started everything worked fine.

Nice course and nice Mock exams I prefer to have 1 more Mock exams which will be more helpful.

Well done! I have only one piece of non-positive feedback: I would have preferred to have the quiz in English. the Italian translation was not very good thanks

I decided to take the ITIL v4 certification. I was planning on taking it the following week but changed my mind last minute. I was able to find open slots the same day and book the exam for online. I sat the exam, the instructions to get set up were straightforward and I was able to pass. The proctor will walk you through what you need to do even after you filled out the prerequisite information. It was a little redundant in some areas, but overall, it was a good experience.

Everything was done promptly, the proctor was clear and easy to understand, the interface was very user friendly. Overall, I enjoyed the exam environment and I will surely take on more certifications through peoplecert given how they conduct business.
