The website is very complicated, it's not practical at all, and the helpdesk service does not help to resolve the issue

The information on the course was clear and accurate. Booking and logging on to the exams was easy and worked well.

I used PeopleCert for access to an ebook and exam. The website is not initiative at all. It's difficult and frustrating to navigate. However the exam instructions were clear and that was all relatively smooth to check system requirements and complete.

Ho comprato sia lo speaking che il writing/listening/reading. Il giorno della sessione non si riusciva ad avviare il software e nei due giorni désame ho passato 3 ore solo per risolvere il problema e non si e´risolto. Devono sicuramente cambiare approccio di esame e fare un app facile da usare su tutte le piattaforme. E´un´ídea carina, ma non funziona. Il customer service gentile ma senza riuscire a dare l esame conta poco. Fatevi gli esami da altre parti.

The system doesn’t capture additional time requirement, assistance could not offer any viable solution and kept me on the phone for 1 hour to advise that there are no acceptable solution.
