Constant up-selling

The hard sell by the proctor right after my exam was annoying. The constant up-sell emails after my exam are annoying. The difficulty in connecting right before my exam was annoying. Overall, not impressed. Edit: The response from PeopleCert didn't mention the annoying upsell, and the regular emails trying to get me to spend a fortune on a paper certificate. Or that I'd passed their compatibility checks but still couldn't connect.

I feel let down

I did 3 practice mock exams which I passed with ease. But when it came to the exam, I found myself in a position of not knowing a huge chunk of question matter, as it had not been covered in my training and hadn't come up in the mock papers. (Which I appreciate was with another training provider.) When I failed the exam, I asked PeopleCert for a copy of the questions I got wrong so I could do some research and teach myself - which they refused. I have a disability which interferes with my short term memory, and now I can't recall what new matter I need to learn. I feel deeply let down and have no confidence to sit the exam again.

Finally passed!

Took me 5 attempts (two were not done due to complications on PeopleCert's side) Only reason for giving it a 4. Otherwise I am happy I passed and it is over with now!

badly organised exam at home where no clear instructions given of what setup should be used at home. this delay be by almost an hour trying to find a room that met requirements.

Misuse of stored credit card information

I signed up for a certification with them in 2021. They asked me to provide my credit card information for accessing the certificate. I cancelled all auto renewal plans in 2021 and 2022. Now in 2024 I've been charged for a membership I did not consent that too it's auto renewable.

STATE LONTANI NON DATE I VOSTRI SOLDI

Azienda se così la si può chiamare pessima!!! Sono degli imbroglioni. Ti fanno perdere 1 ora di tempo come minimo prima dell'esame perché vogliono vedere dietro la tenda, sotto al tavolo, mi hanno fatto coprire persino la tv con un copri letto. Stanno veramente male. Io non dico di non controllare, ci mancherebbe ma così è fuori da ogni concezione logica e delle buone maniere, inoltre non c'è nemmeno scritto nel loro regolamento tutto questo. Mi hanno fatto attendere per lo scritto 220 minuti davanti al Pc senza farmi iniziare MAI l'esame. Ho richiesto il rimborso tramite il mio legale. Sono dei truffatori!! Prendete la certificazione altrove, fidatevi..
