I had been referred to your site by a friend. I was excited that not only were you local, but you also were owned and operated by a Vet that my family had been used for many years. I ordered the meds that my pups needed and I had chosen the incorrect dosage. The call came in and the lady that I spoke with was very efficient and professional as well as I could understand every word that she spoke. I felt secure knowing that my call had come from inside the US as well as I mattered. I would highly recommend this company. The only request that I would make would be that I could order the same med for two dogs without having to create a new order. I have two pups that are the same age and the same size,

It seems like every time I order something I have to call them and ask why my order hasn't been processed and/or shipped yet. Only then does someone there look into the order and either finds out that a fax from the vet hasn't been received (even though I confirmed with my vet they indeed sent it) or the item is on back order. The medication I order is one my dog cannot skip even a day so I need them shipped in a timely manner. I've ordered 2 weeks in advance and it still doesn't seem to be enough time.

I recently ordered from your company. The day that I received my order was the same day that one of my dogs had passed away. I called customer service to see if there was anyway that I could return the medication because I no longer had the need for it. Not only was the Customer Service Representatives that answered the phone a person, but she was the sweetest lady that I have spoken too. After explaining my situation, she was more helpful than she will ever know. Not only did she explain how to return the medication, but she offered empathy and understanding of my situation. I did not think that I could become anymore impressed with this company, but they surprised me again less than a week later. They processed my refund quickly without any questions, and I received a sympathy card in the mail from the wonderful Customer Service Representatives (Cheryl and Sandy) that I had spoken to that difficult day. Those Customer Service Representatives have guaranteed my business and money with your company forever. I have already told all of my friends and family about you guys, and will be passing your website on to anyone else that I encounter with pets.
