Vetapprovedrx absolutely had the best prices for the medication I was looking for. In addition, the person with whom I spoke was great!!! Not only did she spend a lot of time talking with me, but she was very knowledgeable, very personable, and extremely helpful.

I like using this site to order my meds for my German Shepard, Lady who is 15 years old. She has very bad hip dysplasia and needs her medicine. They send it out right away and also contact our vet for me. The only thing I wish they would do is give more bigger discounts for their long term customers. Just seems right if they know we will be coming back to them. Other than that I like them a lot.

Found very good prices on Genta Spray and Apoquel. People very courteous. Only issue I had was submission of a prescription. I ordered Genta spray. They told me I needed a prescription. I called and said I would get one and email it. I was told this was OK. I did so and was contacted several days later that they needed the original prescription mailed to them. Was never told this when I originally called. Also did not see this on the web site. This delayed receiving prescription by about a total of two weeks. Bottom line, now that prescription is on file, I am sure things will go more smoothly. On the plus side, paying about 1/2 the price as opposed to buying directly from my Vet, so that is a BIG plus.

I ordered Heartguard for my 3 month old puppy, 26 to 50 lbs. It was stated on my invoice as such, but I was sent Heartguard for a 51 to 100 lb. dog. This is an oversight that could have cost my puppy his life. Thank God, I noticed it on the box before I opened it. This type of oversight is unacceptable. Now I have to make a trip to the post office to return this one that was sent to me. VetApprovedRX should have just said keep this one for later use. My puppy is a German Shepherd and will very soon be at 50lbs. I am waiting for the correct dosage to come. Customer service was very nice and apologetic, but that doesn't mean much at this point.

I received poorly dated meds for my dog. I called with the complaint that the meds would be out dating prior to their use. The customer service representative.helped by sending to me a return shipping label via e-mail. and made a follow-up phone call to notify me that the returned package had been received and that new product would be shipped out shortly. I appreciate quality, and I appreciate good service, both of which I am glad to say that I received.
