Amazing help from the team when I became ill overseas
I became very ill a few days into my trip overseas and had to change my itinerary and return home early. The team was very helpful and continually kept in contact to make sure I had all the medical assistance I needed overseas. The claim process was very easy and fast and I was able to receive a refund for the full amount I claimed. Thank you to the team for all your help!

After paying the deposit for my cruise…
After paying the deposit for my cruise ref 7P5Q7P, I applied for the trip insurance with Go insurance ref no 501 5264-ASG24 and payed the premium $375-91 A few days later I received a reminder for the same amount by another company I rang the booking company explaining what had happened and the agreed that it was a double up and she would take care of it To date I have not received an explanation of what the problem was .So I am disappointed with your company so far and hope that there are no more problems

Easy process
Unfortunately, due to unplanned surgery our trip needed to be cancelled. Go Insurance are fantastic and covered all expenses for both of us. Every time I phoned, I spoke to someone straight away and they knew exactly what was happening with claim. They phoned me if there were any other updates. Highly recommend and will always use Go Insurance for future travel.
