Working with Maddie was just brilliant experience, cannot talk more highly of her.

Working with Maddie was just such a pleasure working through the claim. Maddie made it feel as though you were not working with an insurance company, she was always available and returned emails, calls, and messages promptly, and also met any dates promised for a return call or outcome. I would highly recommend using Go Insurance for travel.

had to cancel a 4week overseas trip the day before scheduled departure due to medical reasons. Full refund of trip was processed under the travel insurance claim. Was a 6 week process, but good result in the end

Agent was able to enrol us quickly and at a reasonable price. Other than that luckily we’ve had no interactions so delivering the cover hasn’t really been needed yet. That will be the decider if we ever have to make a claim.
