The team were very caring and understanding. They kept in touch with me throughout the whole claims process. And checked in with me during my recovery to ensure I was okay.

Unfortunately we had to claim on two insurance claims. One in NZ when they had a cyclone and the other claim was after a fall couldn’t go on our trip. Claiming was with ease and with compassion.

I was very nervous making my first claim, but their staff are very respectful, kind and patient when explaining things, as well as not holding up the process an longer then they needed to. I'll have no hesitation to use or recommend GO Insurance again.

They were very understanding when I had to cancel my trip

I found staff at the time we were setting up to be very helpful. They explain all our questions so we ended up with a policy that cover us for our middle eastern trip. My wife and i have been traveling overseas for almost 15 years except for "Covid" and had never made a claim. On our last trip both I and my wife fell ill and needed a Doctor and so did 80% of our tour group. We found found staff to be very once again very in helping us with claim.

I cannot recommend Go Insurance or their staff that I had contact with highly enough, from obtaining a quote to making a claim. I have issues understanding and filling out forms and it can become quite daunting but the people I spoke with were courteous and very patient with me so most certainly would use them again. A six-star rating from me and no I am not related to anyone from Go Insurance.

The online GoInsurance form was easy to fill out and very easily comprehended. Was easy process for us from an older generation. We have used Go Insurance before and found that if a claim is needed, that also was an easy process. Very happy we have used your Company.
