A quick easy process organising travel insurance.

The questions I had to answer were straight forward, quite specific and easy to answer. I was to get a quote straight away. The quote was competitive and I had 14 days to accept it. I was happy with the coverage I was offered.

Award winning ...??! I don't think so

Award winning ...??!! I'm not sure which "award" that would be - other than being rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and adding more stress to an already, very stressful situation. After using Go as our travel insurer for several trips previously, the first time we make a claim (a major health issue in a foreign country), they couldn't have been more unhelpful if they tried. Very happy to take the premium upfront - just not happy about paying out - and they tried everything they could to delay and get out of paying for expenses. Towards the end of the ordeal, their own delays backfired, costing themselves $'000's in flight increases as they were going up daily due to the Middle East crisis. We'll never use them again and plenty of people know about our experience with Go ... Summarising - in a word - 'Disgraceful' !!
