Great Product + Great Support I was on the fence about smart home shades for a little while, researching many different products. I got quotes for a lot of options, both smart and regular shades to fit my home needs. Smartwings came out on top in terms of price compared to all the other smart options I viewed and even on top of some of the regular home shade options from places like Blinds.com / Home Depot with 40% off! The Smartwings team was extremely responsive and helped me ensure I was measuring appropriately and ordering exactly what I needed. I was truly impressed with how quickly I received the items. I ordered 4 shades with one being as large as 76" wide, and I had them at my doorstep in a week and a half. Installation was incredibly straight forward and I was able to do it entirely by myself. Connecting them to my smart home setup with the Matter motors was a breeze. I don't regret a thing with these shades and I can't wait to enjoy them for years to come.

I loved the shade just a little difficult to mount l could use a mounting latch

The screws and drywall anchor provided don't support the blind very well. I had to buy different ones instead after one of the blinds almost fell. I expected more than to have such trivial issues.

Easy install and works as advertised

I installed my first SmartWings shade in a large picture bay window. The window is made of three windows, (2) 3X7 ft windows and (1) 8X7 ft window. This shade is hidden in the wall and drops down when needed. The shade is 8 feet long and drops to cover the 7 foot height. Installation was almost as easy as regular blinds. The instructions were easy to understand and except for a few brackets similar to traditional blinds basically it is remove from the well packaged box, mount, and connect to your WiFi. The shade has worked flawlessly since installed. It is easy to program the exact stopping point for raising and lowering. The Alexa voice command works well, the remote does too. I highly recommend the SmartWings shades and blinds. I am using Samsung SmartThings, Alexa, or the remote to control the blinds. I can open the SmartThings app and open or close the blind to the percentage I want. This will be my first of several darkening shades purchased from SmartWings. I can say I've had smart lightbulbs more difficult to install and connect than this blind.
