Prior to making a purchase I had actually reached out to customer service one evening and got a thoughtful response by the next morning. I placed an order expecting it to take over a week, only to get it much earlier than expected to my pleasant surprise. The product itself can be somewhat finicky, but I am overall satisfied with the purchase experience and will order more shades.

Easy install, amazing customer service, and high quality blinds. Wish the price was a bit cheaper, but other than that everything was excellent and an easy process.

Great customer service!

Our experience was great. First with the initial pre-order support. All our questions were answered fast and accurately. Once we placed our order, we received the full order accurately labeled in 10 days. Be ready to use your own screws as all installations are different. The clip on hooks are excellent for the blinds. Make sure to read the online instructions before the blinds arrive so that you are familiar with the initial easy setup. All blinds worked during the initial setup. The SmartWing Hub (gateway) with Smart Life application is the way to go for easy management and immediate integration with Alexa. We will be adding more to our home soon.

The shades fit exactly as expected. Customer support has been outstanding. I had some issues with the zigbee shades dropping connections and functioning in a reverse mode (i.e. "close" and "open" commands from the hub or Alexa integration worked in reverse). The support agents helped solve both issues. I wish they also sold zigbee motors to upgrade existing manual shades, but they do not. Regardless, I would purchase more shades from SmartWings when I upgrade other windows.

Excellent experience all the way around

It was a great experience, good cost simple process to order and most important very good customer service. Remotes are simple to use but they feel a bit cheap. My only real disappointment is that it significantly more expensive to get the motors that work with Apple devices. I’ve already recommended these blinds to others.

I called with a couple of questions and they were all answered quickly. She also provided additional guidance. Easy to install, effortlessly connected to Apple Home. We got the blackout shades and my wife loves them!
