I've purchased 14 SmartWings blinds over the last few months. I have them integrated with my SmartThings hub (Zigbee) and I've been very pleased with the purchases. The USB-C charging interface is wonderfully open standard, and I have yet to find any other automated/smart blind manufacturer offering the solar panels so I don't have to fuss with charge levels. Brilliant. And the price is comparable to mid/high quality non-automated blinds from our local blind store (HD/Lowes product is too poor to compare to this for price) I am particularly impressed with their support (sales support more accurately - I haven't had an issue with the products themselves yet). They are responsive via email, the web chat, and phone. Every interaction has been positive! Specifically: I discovered one of the products I bought a few months ago had been discontinued before I could order the rest of the units to finish the room - the rep was quick to inform me they could still special order the same product to match the one I had. The blinds are made to order in China and ship straight from there to you. Manage your expectations on delivery times accordingly. But I have found these blinds to be worth the wait!

We really appreciate the quality and functionality of SmartWings shades for the price point. Figuring out elements such as which side to place the motor and how to measure took a while, but it paid off. We had issues linking one shade to Homekit, but solve it by resetting them, which wasn't overly complicated.

Love the easy install of the blinds. Everything is so easy. Had each window shade in and working in 15 minutes. Super great design of the product and ready of use. Well buy again. Called customer service once for a shipping issue and it was resolved very quickly. A great company!

This is the second set of SmartWings blinds for me and the installation and setup was just as easy as the first. It looks great, the motor works great, and the install is really easy. I haven't set up with Apple HomeKit yet since I need to upgrade my AppleTV but I'm guessing that should go well too. One other thing, I called before I bought my first set with some questions and I was able to talk to a real person, who spoke English, and I didn't have to wait on hold forever, and she had real answers, not some canned response. Anytime you know you're dealing with real people at a company that custom makes their products, you know you're not dealing with junk you often find on Amazon. This is good stuff!
