Roller shades work great so far (first month)

They alerted me to the fact there could be a problem with the firmware that came in my blinds motor but in my case there was no issue. However how many companies do you know of that would tell you of a potential problem ahead of time. Not many

Took a long time to ship and shipped from China. I got the roller shades. For this price I was expecting more quality in the small things like the remote, fabrics, and cables.

Great value. Extremely light weight and easy to install. Pricing blew away all the options I found online. The installation mounting brackets are genius. With that said, I have no idea how well the solar panel and motor durability will score a few years from now

I could have easily paid as much buying manually operated shades at Lowes or Home Depot. Easy to setup and work like a champ. Great shades.

Rochelle was very helpful with all our questions regarding install and Alexa several times. We only purchased one shade for initial order to see if we were pleased. We have been more than pleased and Rochelle has been knowledgable, courteous and very easy to work with. We just placed another today for 7 more shades.

While we love the blinds, we are frustrated with the ability to keep them connected to our Apple Home network so that they will open/shut on a pre-programmed schedule. They will work for a few days and then have to be re-set. We've done this multiple times so while they work, we never know when they will abruptly stop working and have to be re-set again. Frustrating for the additional money we paid for this feature.
