The NBI measurement and installation individual assigned by SmartWings never returned my phone calls - I reported to SmartWings that I still don't have a team to hire to work on installing these products. At a Standstill now: not sure how I go about measuring then installing the product. I might try to take this on myself ( using the DIY instructions): but I'd rather leave it to a professional.

The Good: Customer Service was great, the motors are great, remote and link to Google also. The Bad: (Really Bad) The blinds are not flat, there is more than 1" difference and the surface is curve. Of course the curve in the sides make the blinds more open in the sides. Also, the width of the blinds came 1 1/4" less.

I ordered the SmartWings shades so I can create routines for movie night and for privacy. The solar panel works great to keep the battery charged (even when it is mounted high on a window where it only gets indirect light due to being on a porch with and overhang).

Ordering our shades was really easy on the website. Order arrived within two weeks and were package and labeled really good. The shades are good quality and the motors come pre-programed which meant installation was a snap. We will definitely order from SmartWings again in the future!

I was able to work with a customer service rep to have custom length automated blinds fabricated. The process was simple and efficient and the blinds arrived perfect. Installation was a breeze and I really like the mounting clip design. Best I’ve seen. I would definitely recommend.

Great pre and after sale support. Ultra fast shipping. Reasonable prices. Bought 3 outdoor shades. They work great.

They are cut poorly. Even with the precise measurements, they manage to cut the whole blind and the inner roller part smaller by at least 1/2 of an inch. The outside mount ones appear to have been done right. The roller shade quality are subpar. I had to get a replacement on one (still waiting for it after a month) because the roller shade was cut lopsided. That particular one tend to fold on the side when rising. But then again, they’re made in china so what do you expect? Lack of quality control!! The only reason i gave it a two stars was because they have a variety of colors, otherwise they deserve a one star

Support is nonexistent. Promised a call back from lead tech when shades wouldn’t pair. Never happened despite my following up. Finally got them working on my own with difficulty and not via the procedure in their instructions.
