I purchased 3 shangrila shades for my living room. They are running great with the integration of home kit. One of the shades has a small issue that it is not absolute vertical. After chatting with their support team, they will send a replacement.

The blinds are great. The bads.... A couple blinds have some wood that are not together. Seems not well put together. I thought I would get a better product for the price. The goods... I love the solar charging. And the ability to move each or all with a click. We have 25ft ceilings and these are great for that.

I haven’t used these types of shades before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am extremely happy with the 10 roller shades I got. In fact so happy I am placing another order for several more shades now! I have both dual shades and single roller shades. Both work great and are easy to install! I love the way they look in my home. The shades seem to be built very well and function perfectly! I feel the motors are very quiet also. The shades came packaged very well. I would definitely recommend these roller shades to family and friends. If you’re on the fence of ordering something like this online, go ahead and order. I am very happy with the shades I’ve gotten. Also, customer service has been great! Caroline has been very responsive, and very helpful, to my emailed questions regarding motor type questions and home automation integration.

May include solar battery, that’s easy to install. They sell book of swatches for $12, convenient for material selection. Customer support responds were useful and rapid!

The blind itself is great. But the installation manual is awful. I have parts left over that are not even in the manual and I do not know what they are for. All the instructions have NO description with the diagrams. So you basically have to wing it. It does not work with my alexa device. They said my echo show 5 2nd Gen is not compatible. So they sent me info to get a zigbee hub to connect/link and that does NOT work. I specifically bought this blind so I can add it to alexa and have it respond to voice commands. Very disappointed.

Quality, packaging, function was great. Rachelle was great when ordering. Expensive. Pricing is not honest on website. (Double what is listed). When asked why, got vague, unserious response. Add a calculator on website.
