While steep in cost, the shutters are amazing and I have absolutely no buyers remorse. I had to get a ZigBee router/extender so my shutters were consistent in opening/closing through home assistant but once I did they are flawless. Control through remote works perfect also.

Alexa interaction only works 30-40% of the time. When it does work, Alexa reports that it is not working.
