Product as advertised, shipped quickly, arrived in good order

I ordered a pressure assist toilet. Shipping was quick, the toilet was packaged well, no missing parts. I got an email receipt immediately upon placing my order but I had to ping them a few days later to ask for a shipping date. FaucetStop responded quickly to my request but it would have been nice to have had an email or other way to check order status.

I ordered a Quickdrain Linear shower system from Faucet stop after searching many sites trying to find the best deal... Fast shipping, no hassles when requesting to ship to a mail holding/forwarding company (I live in Canada and wanted the items shipped to Niagara for pickup, great prices and helpful customer service!

Don't use the online chat or order status by phone

I recently tried to use the online chat to find out the status of my order and a probably shipping date. The sales manager was online first, then I was transferred to David, then transferred to another person (whose name I don't remember), then back to David, and then again back to the other person. Anyway I waited in the Chat for at least 10 minutes with no response from customer service. Not too pleased. I still haven't been provided with any shipping confirmation. My order was placed on 8/15. It is now 8/22 and still no word on a shipping date. Follow up by phone - today is 8/25 and I just called their order status department. I heard awful music for 5 minutes, then the line was dropped. Something fishy here with this organization.

Not on time, and wrong parts delivered

I placed this order by phone, and expressed the urgency on receiving the part I ordered. I decided, upon the suggestion from the sales rep, to do two-day shipping to receive the order by Thursday (order was placed on monday afternoon.) Not only did this order not arrive on Thursday, but it was a completely wrong fulfillment. I ordered a garbage disposal flange, and they sent me a towel bar. On top of all of this frustration, the part arrived at the very end of the day on Friday, when no customer service agents are available. No one responded to my email to rectify the situation. I won't order from this website again.

Very poor customer service.

I was happy about the pricing and ordered a shower/tub faucet. I did not recieve any tracking information for my order. So after 5 days I used the chat support available on the website and was told I would be emailed the tracking information shortly. I never received it and by the time I figured out It wasn't being sent to me I followed up to find out they were closed Thursday evening through Monday. I hope it is being shipped or should be at my door shortly but I have no idea outside of being out of the money I paid for my order.

Faucetstop is sellng products prohibitied by US Federal Law

I ordered (order number FS36779) Danze Single Handle Kitchen Faucet. I refused the product ,which they received back on 07/01/2015. Federal AB1953 and later NSF/ANSI Standard 61, Annex G Laws prohibits the sale of this product. After numerous calls I can't get my money back. They are not reliable and honest co. Help me to get my money back.

Mixed feelings

i specifically called to verify an in stock item and shipping arrival time, agreed to pay more for the item compared to other sites and in shipping only to see it arrive a day later than agreed upon. However they did overnight it to help make up for the lost day, hence my mixed feelings.

Unexplained extra charge

I bought a toilet from Faucet Stop. They explained the cost. $ 506.60 out of which $ 125 is the shipping. I received the receipt for this twice but the credit card charge is $ 631.60. I contacted customer service multiple times but they refused to refund or even explain the extra charge. Really poor business practice. In the meanwhile I received the product but still no refund.

order not filled, no one home at customer service

We ordered a faucet part on july 11 and received confirmation of our order. We've had no communication since and no faucet part by july 22. The confirmation email says if any problems to call customer service but no number is given. I was able to independently find a number for customer service, called it at 7pm EST Wednesday, and was informed that it was after business hours because they are open from 9am to 9pm EST (?) Monday through Thursday.

Will return. Could not install on granite with ondermount sink

Faucet was beautiful. However, the stem was too short to connect to the water supply. Kingston Brass knows. Sold through FaucetStop. I have a RMA number but no label, no instructions, who pays?? RMA email was of little value in understanding what needs to be done. I have 3 cm granite countertops with undermount sink so stems are too short. Guess Kingston Brass does ot want people with granite as customers. Unbelievable! The hastle is ongoing. No reaturn instructions, mailing label etc etc
