ORDER NOT PROCESSED ON SAME DAY
I was not aware that orders were not processed on the same day. I needed a part shipped overnight, and was willing to pay for that service. When I made payment online, the overnight shipping charge was added. When the part wasnt recvd two days later, I called FaucetStop and was told that it usually takes 3 days just to process an order. FaucetStop did remove the overnight shipping charge, however, had I known upfront that overnight wasnt available I would have ordered the part elsewhere.
Worst Customer Service
I bought a Shower Panel and later on I received an email that I have to contact customer service with a 4 digit extension number and I called 8 times and every time they forward me to that extension after taking the order number and the person's voice mail box is not only full but also not not reachable. Somehow I connected with him after 9th time and I came to know that the product is back ordered and any way I cancelled only because of customer service though I can wait to receive the item. Moreover instead of having me call back why these people didn't bother to call me though they have my number with them. Very very bad customer service. Don't recommend at all.
Hellooo?? FaucetStop? Anybody there?
I thought I ordered online. Completed to check out, entered all cc info and received confirmation in my email, only to find a separate email titled DO NOT REPLY. After the three days had past(for which I paid extra for fast shipping) I went to look up customer service number in the confimration email only to find that is was an email message wanting me to call to confirm my order. I called, had to leave voicemail (only option) and have yet to here back 5 days later. I want to cancel the order, CC was not charged, but I am weary and unsure of the status of order. I will have to contact my cc company to ensure the charge is denied if it does randomly appear.
Very Difficult Ordering Experience
I ordered two toilets online on a Thursday. On Friday I received and email asking me to call in to confirm my order. Annoying - I hate having to call. I called and the person did not pickup and their voicemail box was full. I called again and spoke to the operator they accidentally hung up on me. I called again and the operator connected me to someone else, I left a message and never received a call back. On Tuesday I called again and finally got someone on the phone - he was nice. However he said that their website made a mistake and they needed to charge me $100 more in shipping. Annoying. Order did not ship until Thursday, a full week after I placed my order online. If you need anything quickly or without hassle I recommend you avoid FaucetStop.com
Order not received
Order placed for Flushmate replacement 5 June, paid 4 c-card. Now 10 days later still no shipment. Called and told it was cancelled. Who? Why? No answer. Then a tracking # was discovered and told it was on the way, shipped 11 June, they think. Told to let them know if I receive it. Definitely does not match their droning continued commercial while waiting for the next available operator.
Fair price for a sunflower shower head
My current sunflower shower head would cost nearly $500 to replace with the same brand. Faucetstop's Kingston Brass model is nearly identical, but at $350 less, it is very fairly priced, despite my needing to use a reducer bushing.
FaucetStop opinion
Order placed May 20 AM. Salesperson said would ship next day via UPS. Three days in transit. Called company May 26. Order was not shipped until May 22. Salesperson said 7 to 10 days transit. It is now May 27 and despite requests for tracking information nothing received as yet. Don't know carrier, tracking information or delivery date. As such FaucetStop did not live up to commitments. Would not use this company again.
Non-responsive...poor customer service
I ordered some towel rings,and recieved an emailsaying to call a Customer Service number. The mail box was full. I called another Customer Service number and waited for 30 minutes w no pick-up. When I called back and finally got thru to someone, they couldn't tell me the issue wmy order...so I cancelled it and ordered the product from Amazon.

SO FIRST THE TOILET SEAT IS NOT SHIPPED WITH MTY TOILET SEAT ORDER. ANOTHER ONE IS SENT BUT INSTEAD OF BAHAMA PINK IT IS A DIFFERENT SKU AND THE COLOR VENITIAN PINK. I SEND THE VENITION PINK BACK WITH SUPPLIED SHIPPING LABEL AS REQUESTED AND TO DATE NO NEW BAHAMA PINK TOILER SEAT SENT. SO FAR I AM OUT $85.00 FOR THE SEAT. I AM TIRED OF STANDING AROUNT MY TOILET WAITING FOR THE SEAT TO ARRIVE.
Advertised and sold me product that they did not have
Purchased two valves that were advertised and payed for overnight shipping on-line. I had to call them 48 hours later only to find out that the product was out of stock. Cost me precious time during construction of a bathroom waiting. I understand mistakes happen but I was really upset. I must say that the people I spoke with were very nice and did refund my money quickly.
