If only zero stars were an option.... Not sure how you consider your service "hassle free". I've never had more problems and less response than with your company. You failed to even process my order in any sort of timely fashion and now the products are useless to me. Who takes A WEEK to process and overnight order?!? When someone orders an item and adds OVERNIGHT shipping, it is because they need the item quickly. Very quickly! And not after waiting days for “processing”. No one would consider this acceptable. And no other company on the planet would be so cavalier and deliberately unhurried with an expedited order as you’ve been. Never again FaucetStop!

I tried to buy a kitchen faucet on another site, only to be told immediately it was discontinued. I then placed an order for it on FaucetStop which they put through, but a few days later they sent me an e'mail asking me to call them. After finding out the mailbox they asked me to call was full and then being disconnected 3 times I was told that the faucet I had ordered was discontinued but the same faucet was being made under another stock #. When I checked it out it was not the same faucet but rather a smaller version. So glad I did my homework and didn't just agree to have them order it. I then ordered a faucet from my original site where I have bought many things. I will stick with them.

Would have been 5 stars if inventory had been correct. Ordered from FaucetStop despite a number of bad reviews because they said they had my item in stock. Turns out they did not. But, worked with Eli who was responsive to my needs. Eli answered every email of mine in a short amount of time. He explained the item was immediately ordered from the Manufacturer and within a few days i had my faucet. Eli was fabulous and based on my experience I cannot say anything negative.

Eli was absolutely helpful. His product knowledge is top rate Without selling pressure. His advice was greatly appreciated. Will buy from faucetstop.com again.

I have tried to contact Faucet Stop Customer Service three time and failed each time. I was placed on hold each time 15 to 20 min. and then disconnected each time. I will refuse delivery and advise my credit card co not to pay this charge> Faucet Stop should not be be a third party dealer for amazon!!!!!!!!!

Ad indicated that the drain was to be delivered in 2-3 days. As I am in Maine and the shipping is NY, this seemed reasonable. It is now over a week later, my project is getting further behind, and no sign of the sink drain. I am a bit disappointed - had I known there was a shipping problem, I likely would have ordered elsewhere, even paying more.

I was unable to pinpoint the drawer pulls we wanted on FaucetStop's website, so I called the company directly. The customer service rep seemed a bit stressed/impatient (why the 4-star instead of 5-star rating), but he soon came around and emailed a great image of the pull from the manufacturer and we ordered easily from there. We were told it would be a 3-week backorder, which was fine - we live in Hawaii and are used to delays. The pulls, however, arrived far ahead of schedule, and I received them today. They are a quality item and will work great with the old Japanese built-in we have just restored. Thank you, FaucetStop!

Liars. Thieves. This is a scam. In three weeks they had the following reasons for not sending merchandise: • backordered one week • backoerdered an additional week; will be shipped in ten days • just arriving; will be shipped in three days • backordered; will arrive by the end of the next week • one item still missing in order when I ordered only one item! • oops, their mistake. will be shipped this afternoon • later that afternoon, phones shut off during business hours IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM, FILE A DISPUTE NOW. IF YOU HAVEN'T, THEN DON'T. YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE MERCHANDISE.
