This is my second review and second extremely unsatisfactory experience with Billy J. Not only have I not had a response on several emails regarding the quality of items that were sent to me, I’m once again having to pay a fee to have my item returned to them. I ordered a denim skirt over 2 weeks ago that was very thin denim and in exchange returned for a bomber jacket that I thought would be better quality. I was wrong. I’ve recently bought a faux leather jacket from Princess Polly and the quality of theirs compared to Billy J is visibly noticeable and worlds apart. I’m extremely disappointed as a buyer to have been let down twice with items in quality. I will not be buying from them again. A full refund is the least they can do.

Dress was amazing! I normally am a size 14 but I brought a size 12 and it was still abit loose but overall very stunning.

I love Billy J. The shipping times are amazing and the quality of clothing is always great. I never have to worry about ordering from them. I recently bought a trench coat off them and it was exactly what I needed and the sizing guide was very accurate. Would highly recommend.
