My experience with Billy J has been wonderful. Shipping was fast and I was pleased with the quality of the items received. The dresses are fun and flirty. I will return.

I LOVE billy j and their wide range of high quality clothes; they are truly my favourite brand for every event. the only thing stopping me from giving billy j 5/5 is the exchange/ return process. i would love to see billy j offer exchanges as i’m in between sizes and sometimes the clothes would look better in a different size, therefore meaning i’m having to pay return shipping + the new shipping of the clothing i’ve just reordered in a different size. other than that, i love billy j!!!!

Amazing quality dresses! They hug and hold the right places, are made from a durable material that doesn’t feel scratchy! Fast shipping and good communication:)

The two biggest problems for me is the fact I’m charged a delivery fee and a return delivery fee, on top of not being able to get a refund if I change my mind. Greed is the only word I can think of because when the clothes do turn up.. the quality is foul. Your charging over $100 on dresses that are see through (not white either) and you’ve got filters on your photos of the items online so when they turn up it doesn’t even look like the picture. You trap customers money and refuse to give any back if they change their mind because you know that if you didn’t your business would collapse. I’m now out of pocket $44 dollars in just delivery fees trying to find a dress for an event. DISGUSTING business model and I will absolutely make sure I do not support this business and my friends and family don’t either.

Literally the only shop I buy through. I just received another order. Not only did it arrive in less than a week but they are absolutely perfect dresses. My last order wasn’t the right size and even the returns process was so simple. If I have ever had any questions I get an email response instantly. With the amount of new arrivals constantly coming in I always have a stunning wardrobe. Billy J will forever be my favourite online store.
