I had spent a lot of money on buying 5 dresses and one of the size dresses did not fit so I had asked if we could exchange for a bigger size However they said due to their policy “fast turn around “ they don’t do that How ridiculous is that especially when you’re buying bridesmaid dresses? I wouldn’t recommend buying from Billy J as the customer experience was terrible
