Quick and seamless return of dress that didn’t fit and then a voucher to purchase another dress which came promptly and fit well.

I ordered a dress and it arrived with a ripped seam. I then got charged $35 to return this item back. They issued me a gift card for the price of the dress and when I went to use it, I received a msg saying it was disabled. I emailed the company and have yet to hear back.

Super quick from start to finish, it’s a great user friendly website. I’m a big fan of the ear rings I bought, they are a lot bigger than the photos. And the quality isn’t great. But it’s what you pay for. The dress I bought is fantastic, can confidently say it’s my boyfriend’s favourite.
