Fraudulent company
I wrote a bad review some days ago about how your company keep taking money from my account but never pay the service provider, and you claimed here on Trust pilot that you have resolved the issue, you are LIARS, I still received a letter from the electricity company showing an outstanding bill of £1,253.91...How am I even sure that you have even handled the Council tax issue. I regret ever dealing with your company.

Awful experience
Awful experience! Spoke to two ladies one of them is Sophie , they were speaking over me and were not giving me a chance to explain but rather very dismissive and in a rush to want to claim exorbitant money for services that haven’t even been provided for . They are dodgy and customer service is very poor , hardly take time to explain their service structure and hardly ever assisted me with my query , making it very frustrating to even consider them to help with billing setup , deal with companies direct rather than home box. Awful experience.

So awful. They missed 2 month's worth of payments to my suppliers but were still taking my money then I came home to a bunch of final notice letters and court summons by the council. Total mare to get out of!
