Kind, helpful, fast and clear service. Buying a house in a foreign country seemed quite daunting when we first started but with welocate we had reassurance and help to make sure everything that needed to be done got done. I especially have to say that the translator they had booked for us for the notary to sign the deed and the mortgage made the experience fun, light and clear. The only real point I think is worth mentioning on a less perfect note was the real estate agent we were assigned when it came to reading and understanding the purchase agreement. Though he answered all of our questions it didn’t really feel like he was “on our side” in the sense of pointing out specific points we needed to be aware of or where he thought it might be good to try and remove/add clauses.

Great seamless service in the whole acquisition and key handover process. They are light touch and less time required (a few messages and the right persons are on the job). The overall package was priced attractively and in the end saved me a lot of effort and hassle. Thanks for your help.

Save yourselves the extra stress of all the admins when buying a house in the NL using Welocate. Totally worth the money, you get valuable help and peace of mind in return. I was recommended a very astute real estate agent, got help with setting up the contracts, translation and other smaller tasks, it was very useful to have somebody who already knew everything that was needed. I've been informed in advance of all the steps and always got very prompt reply when needed.

We are really thankful that we got connected to Welocate at around the time the house was finalised. Being new to the Netherlands and unable to understand Dutch, the whole process, from getting bank approvals to signing the agreement went through without any hassle, thanks to the competent personnel identified by Welocate.
