We arranged a Home Buyer Plan with Welocate to assist us with the house buying process in the NL and we were very happy with the services they provided. All went smooth and fast. We did not need to take any headache to arrange all the stuffs. They kept eye on the deadlines, answered all our questions immediately and also provided some additional contacts for other services. The costs are transparent and clearly stated in the invoice at the end so you know for what you are paying.

Welocate arranged everything for me: Realtor, Technical House Inspection, Translator at the notary, all the documentation and paperwork that needed to be done. I've heard about them from my Financial Advisor, and am really happy with the result. I believe it is really worth the money, since it is a "one stop for everything that you will need". They also have contacts with other companies (in order to do extra jobs) which might come in handy. Would definitely recommend.

I am super happy and satisfied with Welocate! This is my 2nd time using their service within 2 years period. They are always there, ready to help, and doesn't matter how strict or tight is your timeline, they will be there for you. I needed a notary, translator, and house inspector in December around Christmas time which is already an impossible mission and they manage to find me all of them on time! I always recommend them to my friends and I recommend them to you too! Especially as none Dutch speakers they will take off all the stress and frustration from your shoulders. price-wise, they already have a competitive price so I'd definitely give them a triple-A service.
