I was skeptical about the Welocate at first because I knew that the house buying process is expensive and time-consuming. Therefore, I was searching for an all-in-one service to handle everything you need including a hiring real-estate agent, hiring a construction report expert, hiring an evaluator for an appraisal report of your house, and a Notary for completing transfer deeds. I didn't experience a problem except calling the real-estate agency to define the service that I bought and It solved quickly. Additionally, I bought a service for financial advising from the Expat Mortgages and they communicated well with the Welocate. We bought our house with a smooth process thanks to the Welocate.
