Used handy for a house cleaning. Paid $217. The person who showed up and cleaned my house said he was only paid $85. Handy exploits their workers.

He showed up he worked got the job done timely and neatly. Would def use again!

This is my first experience using Handy for the cleaning service and I am very happy with both the cleaner and the service which she provided.

Jennifer was great! She went beyond what I expected in cleaning and was friendly and efficient.

My project was mounting a TV, and required two Handy service members. One of them, Abera, was fantastic. On time, organized, skilled and professional. The other, Jovanny M, was a no-show that canceled twice just before the service appointment and never showed up. He didn’t respond to my texts or phone calls, and I could see he was camped out in Richmond at the time of my second appointment (the first was cancelled by him 20 minutes before the appointment). My take away if that Handy is very much hit and miss on who they assign to your project.

I have a credit in my account but for two months in a row it has failed to be applied to my charges - I keep calling to resolve and customer service is powerless to apply it and keep telling me it will apply to the next charge but it never does. I’ve called multiple times and it never gets resolved or fixed. Customer service very frustrating and ineffective

Andres was excellent at assembling my special Ergonomic executive chair for my home office. It was so good to see it being put together. Andres was polite, friendly and asked if I was satisfied with the completed job. I was very happy and say right down in it too. Thank you for great service
