Everything was perfect. From scheduling to the finish work.

He was very friendly and thorough. He installed our dishwasher quickly and installed correctly.

My first handy pro didn’t show up but at least he told me. Rescheduled the next day and got a great guy. He was efficient and professional. And a nice guy to boot.

I really liked the crew you sent. They were hardworking and flexible. The message I sent to your office was much different than the message they received. They were able to adjust and do what I requested in an organized, speedy fashion.

There's some communication issues between Handy and the contractors. I had a booking that was for two workers, clearly they didn't know the other one was booked. Long story short I had one bring his own, unapproved sidekick and the second Handy-approved worker arrived two hours late. Which, in his defense he tried to check in with me about but the app wasn't working...and that's the only way to exchange messages. Worked out in the end for me but definitely NOT smooth and not what should have been happening.

Installer arrived on time and was very knowledgeable.he completed the task efficient and was courteous of our home. The unit installed was defective unfortunately. His high level of professionalism helped soften the last minute cancelation we had to accept on 3/8/24
