It's a hit or a miss when booking with Handy. I have found wonderful pros but also some pretty awful ones as well. I think the cancellation or rebooking fees are way too high. Things happen, like having a booking during a holiday, where you cannot have your regularly scheduled cleaning and I don't think you should be penalized for that.

The installer called to come early, which was very welcomed! He was quick and efficient.

My handy man showed up earlier than expected with everything he needed. He took out my old appliance and installed my new one. He ran into a couple of issues but was able to fix them with what he had on in his van. Very friendly and knowledgeable with my appliance. He even showed me how to use it.
