Handy sucks

While my most recent experience was very positive, Handy as a business is a trash company. They will do whatever it takes to get payment even if the service is not up to par. If you have an item stolen you must go to a notary and submit a form to them in order to get reimbursed. Given a choice I would cancel my subscription today but unfortunately they tie you into a contract!

A terrible experience.

First, want to clarify that when the pro finally arrived, things were great. However…getting there was aweful. 4 time slots were cancelled, one time I was getting messages from a pro noting arrival on site, work in progress, and even final evaluation…,but there was never anyone at the house. I have made my complaints numerous…

I have made my complaints numerous times. Instead of asking me what happened, why don’t you something about it? Your cleaner did not show up. You charged me anyway and would not have reversed it had I not called. Your customer rep tried to blame me. She has no clue what she is talking about.
