I was frustrated by how many times my booking was rescheduled by Handy, each time with only a one-hour notice. One scheduler actually scheduled my install for Christmas Day! Weeks later, my TV was wall-mounted by two men who were great---no complaints about them.

Good honesty guys. They did want to charge me for removing my original TV and Bracket to mount the new tv and bracket. I just tipped the guy $10 and he was fine with that.

I don't like that handy's customer service is through a text portal instead of talking to someone. It's very frustrating. The text will say wait for us to follow up. Then they delete the chat. This happen to me 3x. In addition the pros that do housework are always late.
