Their people do a great job

The service was great, I did not have to wait a long time to get my service done. The handymen came on time and knew what they were doing and were able to complete the jobs sucessfully.

Our service was excellent and our provider had an amazing work ethic, was detail oriented and organized. She was very pleasant and accommodated any specific cleaning needs.

Careese was on time and very professional. He brought his own table to work on along with his tools. Finished on time and very courteous. I would definitely recommend him.

The cleaner Oskar Umoinyang in London is either a scammer or the laziest person I've ever known (he's probably both). He turned up for a 4 hour deep clean, stayed in our home for 4 hours, but when we arrived home (we were away during the clean) nothing had been done, except bizarrely, he did bother to clean the fridge. Really weird.

The installation was rescheduled 5 times which was extremely frustrating since I had to hand wash the dishes. The only installer was very nice, but the microwave was not installed correctly as the door makes a loud noise at the hinge when you open it. We are also still waiting for someone to take a look at the dishwasher as flaps are sticking out of one side since the dishwasher is not exactly straight and the drain hose appears to be too long. The appointment to come fix this was just rescheduled for another two weeks out.

The web site was not available when I needed to communicate with my professional Chris. The pro however was above and beyond.

Both the guys were great. Went above and beyond for me. Even taught me a few things about electronics I didn’t know. Would recommend and use them again when needed. Thanks!!
