He was fantastic friendly and he did a great job.

The installer was very friendly and competent but unfortunately he informed me when he was done that the dishwasher door was rubbing on the frame of the cabinet and I might want to trim the cabinet. It’s actually rubbing in three places including where the screw on a bracket holding the unit has now caused a deep scratch in the finish. The door does not open freely nor close properly without adjustment.

Paul was great. Got my new dishwasher installed. Took out the old and cleaned up after himself.

Scheduled assembly of furniture between 4-6 PM. Received call earlier in day and the only thing I could understand person who call saying was Angie, I told him I could not understand his heavy accent and he hung up on me. I contacted Handy and they told me I had to wait until 04:31 pm to contact them which I did. I requested TOTAL REFUND and also disputed charge with my bank. Only reason I've giving a 1 star is it won't let me give ZERO.

I liked the app and being able to make changes or communicate with the contractor. Very reliable source based on my first experience.
