More “no shows” than service. Cannot depend on personnel to show up and then job is not done nearly half as well as in previous years. I am really disappointed with the service I have received this time.

Here we are again. I tried to give Handy another chance after several no shows on several bookings and a month later it still hasn’t been rectified. My daughter is getting discharged from the hospital and two pros have been late and needed to be rescheduled and two have been no shows. Today’s person I’m still waiting on because she had to pick up something from the store and I was only offered another reschedule. Well my daughter comes home in one day and I can’t deep clean due to surgery of my own. I was told I can either cancel and reschedule AGAIN in hopes that it doesn’t happen for the FIFTH time or wait for her (when I should be with my daughter). Nothing else was offered. Your pro is over an hour late and this just happened last week with a different pro. I’ve given Handy too many chances over the course of several booking smh. This is unfair, unacceptable and inconsiderate. All so your pro could go and pick up at the mall.

We had a maid come in to do a final cleaning for a home we were renting, and are moving out of. This maid wrecked our house. We called immediately and they said they were going to send someone else out in 48 hours. But thats it. Eventhough there is a new maid coming, we deserve some compensation for what this other maid did. We had to spend time to clean up after her! She actually left the house more messy than she found it. Yeah, we are getting a new maid, but we arent getting the hour and a half of our lives back, nor the 15 bucks we spent on cleaning supplies to get rid of the mess she left. We had to have that house in a good enough condition that people could sleep in it tonight. We were hoping it would be spotless, but even if not spotless at least functional. She left it a stye. So we spent an hour and a half CLEANING UP AFTER OUR MAID!!!! And we dont get ANY type of compensation for that??? Thats BS. Their whole "If we mess things up we'll fix it" shpeal is total BS. Plus, where did they find this girl??? Do they not have any type of vetting process? She poured oven cleaner all over the hardwood floors leaving permanent stains. Left dirty paper towels spread out over the floor. Left the toilet seat with some odd corrosive blue stuff all over it that was really hard to get off, and is still all over the floors. Broke a panel off of our wall. She didnt clean a thing. And she lied!!!! She had been texting me telling me how clean the house was getting the whole time she was there. The house is completely empty. No furniture knick knacks, garbages to take out, nothing. WHAT WAS SHE DOING IN THERE FOR 8 HOURS!!!???? DRUGS???? Im not even counting that she left three hours early the first day, and came 5 hours late the second day. (It was supposed to all be done in one day) But that complaint is small compared to the labor me and my 73 year old dad had to put in to clean up after her. I am SO upset. I deserve my money back but when I asked they just said "Sorry, we're sending a new maid out and thats it" Don't use this company. What an awful day.
