The customer service is good however the jewellery itself even though looks great, the quality hasn't been as good. I bought a ring and the first time one of the claws kept bending and was close to breaking. I contacted customer service and they kindly replaced it. However now the replacement ring even though has had light usage is missing a stone because one of the claws broke. I haven't had this issue even with cheaper rings so not sure if it's the specific design. Overall disappointed.

Lovely ring perfect fit

I paid the full request orice fir a brand new ring. They sent the wrong size ring, then instead of replacing it said they would stretch it. After explaining that a brand new ring had been paid for, they then replied that a new ring would be made. Then they just stretched it anyway leaving a thin area, scratches and clear signs of ineptitude. I have had the ring corrected by a reputable jeweller, at my further expense. Will never go near this farce of a service again.
