Took longer to despatch the item than advised . Had to chase up and had a reply saying my item would be with me the next day . Waited in all day and didn't arrive , paid for a special delivery slot for 2 days later and hasn't showed up for that either .

Diamond Store Repairs We bought our daughter a ring from Diamond Store a year ago and unfortunately she managed to misshape the shank, probably by lifting heavy items (not recommended). I contacted DS on line, explained the situation, sent in purchase details and they sent me details of how to return the ring for a repair quotation. This came in due course, quite quick considering it was Christmas, which I then accepted. I have just received the ring back and it looks as good as new and our daughter is delighted to have it back. Couriers DPD were great with text messages notifying details of delivery. Unfortunately this arrives on the day of delivery and we were going to a funeral, were unable to change the time & missed the courier. DPD arrived and left a calling card with a new delivery day. They sent a text the next day with a new time and delivered as promised. A very smooth experience throughout.
