This still hasn't arrived yet I ordered this over a month ago and was guaranteed it would arrive before Xmas eve.. instead I have no present for Xmas. I have continually emailed DHL and the diamind shop and had no response. I have had to liaise with DHL continually despite this being an account managers job. It's literally been a month and a half I wonder if it will ever arrive. Maybe they meant guaranteed before Xmas 2026!!

Have used the Diamond Store a few times now and the experience has always been good and the products excellent. Bit of a delay on my last purchase and, unlike previous orders, communication was a bit sparse. However guess that was down to the Christmas rush and all arrived pretty much on time and product was again excellent.

They sent the wrong size for my engagement ring so I am having to wait for them to receive the too big ring to send me a new one. How is this fair? Their courier DPD still haven't collected the parcel from Sainsbury's drop off site since 27th December! I've spoken to customer service at the Diamond Store and they couldn't care less that I've got no ring but they have my partners money! Horrendous service Horrendous attitude Order number 520421 Update....DPD finally delivered the ring back to them on 6 Jan after countless phone calls. I spoke to the jewellers today 7 Jan and was told a variation of excuses.... 1. The ring will be re-sized and sent back within 5-7 working days. I questioned this as the ring is engraved and resizing it would lose the engraving so they said.. 2. Oh yes we will send you a new ring within 5-7 working days. I asked why the same timescale if they aren't resizing it and he stumbled a lot, put me back on hold and said... 3. They don't have my size in stock so the workshop have said they will send a new one in 5-7 working days. I questioned why the workshop and they said they would be making the new ring. 4 I asked for assurance that the new ring would be sent no later than 7 working days and I was promised an email from his superior. This never happened. The assistant was Ryan. My partner then called and asked what was going on as the service was shocking. They were again unhelpful but this time told my partner that the ring wasn't in stock and would be delivered in 10 working days!!! My partner mentioned that I was told 5-7 days so which was it. He also asked for an email to confirm within the hour or he would be taking legal action. An email was promised and still never received so he called again and spoke to Joe. Joe was extremely rude and had no compassion at all. My partner asked how if you go to order online it shows my size N in stock but we are being told it's not in stock. Joe was again rude so my partner asked for a refund to which Joe said fine it will take up to 5 days!! We asked for confirmation of this on email and guess what we haven't received it!. We have since received an email to say they have received the ring that we sent back and a new one will be with me in 14 days!!!! I am speechless. I am taking legal action as by looking at the reviews, you regularly take people's money, send the wrong size and fob them off with a replacement.
Misleading re stock levels, item okay in end.
Ordered 15th November advertising limited stock, next day delivery. Accepted order but once payment processed emailed me to say wad on 'back order' but guarantee delivery for Christmas. Was told on webchats that would be sent by next day by at latest 20/12 this did not happen, did not arrive until afternoon of Christmas Eve! Do not order from this company without double checking they actually have it in stock. Pleased it item that was received
