The ring I ordered took a while to arrive as it had to be specially made due to the size. There were hold ups but when it eventually arrived it was beautiful good quality and looks gorgeous on my wife. Overall I’m very happy with it and would buy again from them.

Disapointed the item had a four to six week wait, it took exactly 6 weeks to arrive. Communication was there, although very sparse.

Still haven’t got the ring 4 weeks later. After saying it would be 2/3 days
