The Diamond Store provide a great way to purchase good value and quality jewellery. I have two recently purchased rings and I love them both. They were delivered in good time and beautifully packaged. I ordered an incorrect size for one of them and found their customer service to be extremely helpful. I was able to resolve the issue quickly and the service I received was first class. I would highly recommend The Diamond Store

Bought an engagement ring on the 27th November, order process was great and everything on time. Kept the ring safe, in the box, showed people (in the box) all was great. Proposed Christmas Day (said yes!) but within a few moments of looking at the ring, a very small stone was missing from the front which my fiance noticed. Emailed Diamond Store on Christmas Day with a positive message asking to the return the ring for a replacement - not a repair. I promptly received a reply a few days later which was natural to return the ring for 'assessing'. I downloaded the returns kit and sent the ring back on 30th December. They received by tracking confirmation on the 31st and then an email confirmation on the 2nd Jan that they had and it can take 'up to' 14 days. Bear in mind, this is a stone missing from the front, nothing else wrong with it (visibly at least). From the 2nd Jan I am no further forward and they keep saying it'll be a repair, remake or exchange. An exchange is what I want and a repair and remake is not acceptable for a ring to be sent out without the stone under a FIVE YEAR GUARANTEE OF CRAFTMANSHIP. I have received replies to my email but they are copy & paste fillers, nothing more. I was told yesterday they needed to contact the workshop for an update and to wait another 24-48 hours for any response. I have asked for a refund as I have contacted them within the 30 days for a return and the 60 exchange. I have paid for a ring, don't now have the ring and amazed that other people have returned purchases items and got an exchange in less time than I have. I will update this as things slowly progress but now they have my money, they don't care. My fiance is without a ring and I want a refund to shop elsewhere. It's appalling aftercare service for my, rather seemingly easy to fix, problem. Think long and hard before ordering from Diamond Store. EDIT - since writing this original review. Whether by coincidence or due to the review it's been escalated to a manager (15th Jan) EDIT - had a reply from a Team Leader and I'm to receive a 'new handcrafted replacement' which takes up to 21 days. Even though they have existing stock of ring I purchased which is available for delivery tomorrow. I was offered a full refund (before I knew of the additional 21 days) or the opportunity to allow them to create a new ring and £150 partial refund of goodwill (which I have accepted, though not until I receive the new handcrafted ring). EDIT - so after speaking to the 'Senior Jeweller' to urgently create a new handcrafted ring, the urgency is 'up to 21 days'. The 21 days timeframe is up on 7th February and after emailing last wednesday I was told the ring was in th final stages of polishing and hallmarking and they'd be looking to dispatch it within the next seven days which would be Wednesday 5th Feb. So far, it all stalling emails and platitudes. I'm not getting a new ring, the original ring is being repaired.

Easy to order but being online customers can make errors in ordering which I did . Customer service made it really easy to return and exchange with no hassle . I am now in receipt of my beautiful ring and would buy from The Diamond Store again and recommend .

Placed an order but was told that the item was out of stock and would be 4-6 weeks as it is hand made. Alternatively I could have a full refund. I contacted them via the online chat and spoke with Abbie. She was fantastic!! She told me that the same item I was expecting was available in silver, so I amended my order to suit. She is friendly and knowledgeable, a real credit to The Diamond Store. Would highly recommend. Have purchased a ring from here previously and was so pleased with it so hoping the bracelet lives up to the same quality.

Order confusion
Long after the order had been delivered I have continued to receive messages telling me we’ve got your order and it’s nearly ready etc. Equally worrying is that I made another order before Christmas only to be told there was a 6 week wait, so I cancelled it. That was easier than I thought, but ever since then I have been receiving messages that this order was still being processed. Given the value of these items I’d have thought they’d be more careful to get this right. In the end I was very happy with the order I did receive.
