Fast and safe delivery. I was very happy with speed and security of delivery. Very nice packaging and not obvious from the outside what was inside.

Item I ordered was out of stock, but a suitable alternative was offered and dleivery was quick. Packaging was very good, and "Credit Card" style presentation of the gift message was a very nice touch (the recipient was very impressed).

The items are beautiful but they sent us one gift bag instead of 2 separate ones. I had bought two pendants. Not great customer service!!
