Ordered on 12/7 still haven’t received, inquired third time. Looks like it’s sitting in San Francisco. So far not a good impression. When/If I get the items I ordered I will provide review on the actual product.

horrible shipping. my order has been in transit for 2 weeks. looks like its taking the longest plane ride ever

I would like to leave a review but haven't received rings yet. The customer service is non existent. It's been 3 weeks since ordering. All I got was complete disappointment because my daughters didn't get their Christmas gift.

Don't know how good or bad it is. Not received, thought I would have received by Christmas so I paid for expedited shipping. Still not arrived. Should have been told that shipping would take so long. Ruined a Christmas present.

I've ordered a month ago and have not received my mother's ring. It is devoted to my father,grandmother and aunty. Who were my mothers rocks. Supposedly it's stuck in transit in San Francisco, going 2 weeks now. Terrible!! Can't get an actual ETA.

Ordered a ring 12/18/2023, No email received about it shipping, or any other communication from the company. They say they are Incorporated in California, this is misleading as they are located in CHINA. I still have not received my item, gotten any correspondence from them and I used EVERY email, website form and text to contact them.

I not received it yet and the last update I got almost 2 weeks ago and I ordered it at the beginning of December.

By far the absolute worst experience ever with a company. Ordered a ring three weeks before Christmas, paid extra to have my order expedited and extra for faster shipping. Christmas came and went but still no ring. Tracking your order with this company flat out sucks. My tracking information hasn't updated in weeks. Email after email with very little to no response. Customer service is a joke and any issues that you will occur you will be provided none to little help. The choice is yours but I do not recommend this company to anyone. AVOID!

Ordered two rings back Dec 7th received email stating order was in Oregon . Was under the impression that the money I spent was including expedited shipping. Package sat in Oregon for few days reached out by email text message and tried calling figured I was scamed. Never received any returned messages calls or emails. Finally received the rings yesterday. I used shop tracking watch it go clear to San Francisco. It ruined the timing for something special for my wife who lost her mother. Probably will not refer anyone found same style rings on Amazon for cheaper and through companies that will communicate better with their customers

waiting over three weeks for my product and paid for the express shipping. Customer service is no help as they don’t respond. My brother says it’s been sitting in south San Francisco for a week now.
