Order placed 8th December, delivery supposed to be tracked royal mail. Sent seven emails not one reply. Sent message on social media profiles no reply either. Definitely a scam.

Order it on December the sixth. It is now December the 26th. And it just got into my state but not to my hands yet. And I ordered it withirty it's spent 7 days in San Francisco 4 days across the Bay. And then finally it comes to Texas. Very slow service, but still waiting to see what it looks like for $51.

After ordering a ring for our daughter for Christmas 20 days ago, still no ring! Stephanie sent a tracking number but it is still on a slow boat from CHINA!😡

Where is my package?! It shows that it has been in San Francisco for over 10 days with no other information. Probably a scam site I just gave money too.

The ring is beautiful and made such a special gift. The company was easy to communicate with and was very helpful.

Well I have to say never again. I have contacted company several times about my order. All they email back is sorry for inconvenience and a tracking number which is telling me is still in china which I ordered on 6/12/23. Asked for a refund to be told sorry no refund as item has been shipped so I will be contacting PayPal with this nightmare. For what I have experienced do not order from this company as they don’t tell you it’s coming from china either it’s so misleading.

Ordered over 3 weeks ago and I have yet to receive an order number or shipping info. I even paid extra for my order to be expedited.

Was promised this by Christmas! Stil hasn’t arrived. Ordered in plenty of time and reached out to customer service twice. Very heartbreaking
