Dreadful. Waiting over a month to then be told that it had been lost in Transit after I had contacted them. So wouldn’t have heard a thing if I didn’t pester them. The customer service was woeful they had no empathy what so ever, overall a really terrible experience. Do not recommend.

I ordered the feather "guardian angel" ring. I love that I could have my little family's initials engraved. I lost my soulmate in 2019 and this ring is a remembrance of his love and protection. I have found it to be good quality and am very pleased with my purchase and the quick turn around time for delivery.

Received my Paw Hug Ring in a timely manner. My 15 year old peekapoo Pimpy was put to sleep on 10/11/23. This ring is away for me to honor her.

I was concerned as I hadn’t received my order and emailed Hope rings, they responded promptly which I really appreciated, my package arrived later that day and I was delighted with it, due to both these reasons I would definitely buy from them again

Was a really lovely ring, delivery takes longer than stated on website and unfortunately a stone has already fallen out of the ring and I’ve only had it just over 2 weeks. Always take it off to bathe etc so thought it last longer.
