I received a necklace, felt it was a bit cheap looking, tin ish for the price. I emailed their info@ address and whilst I got a reply, it gave no information regarding how to return, or what address to return the item to. I have responded to that email requesting it, but get no reply. I just get spammed with emails for black friday sales instead. Poor customer service. I am still left with the product. My reply back today was "Please know that we only allow 30 day money back guarantee.", no return address again. They are evading returns being made to them. This is mis-selling, as their website clearly says returns accepted. And todays reply once again, "I will contact our logistics department regarding this and I will let you know once I get any feedback from them". We hope you can understand. This was again, simply asking for a return address! Finally I was told that the item can't be returned & they have refunded. I will check whether this refund is actually given before closing the review. So their website is inaccurate when it says that the item can be returned within 30 days (from the UK) it can't be returned.

I recently ordered a "Paw Hug Ring" from Hope Rings following my darling dog's journey over the rainbow bridge. The ring has arrived today and I am well pleased with it. The silver is of great quality & the paws 🐾 look fantastic. I was getting a little anxious & contacted them via email and got a very rapid response answering my query satisfactorily. Lovely ring and I love it but my dog’s name was not correct. Customer service didn’t respond. It really is a beautiful ring although wish the name was correct…just missed off a few letters

I purchased a ‘Feather from an Angle Ring’ in memory of my Dad who passed. It was engraved with Dad and the date he had passed. I adore this ring so much. It is beautiful. Will be purchasing another one for my Mum.

Ordered just enough ring. Not received it despite constant emails, no reply whatsoever. Awful customer service. Now going to ask for refund, they never reply to emails so not sure what to do.

I bought the Feather from an Angel ring, it is beautiful it came with free engraving with words of my choice. Presented in a lovely box enclosed was a card with a special poem on it. Great Customer service with prompt delivery from Project Hope Rings Will certainly order from them again.
