Ordered 5 rings all of which were marked in the same place on each ring. I emailed and was answered quickly and asked for photos. No reply after chasing I was told they could see no marks and to send another photo. I did this and again no reply. I chased again and still no reply.

I ordered my ring on the 30th of October amd it came the 9th to the UK so not long of a wait.. the ring itself is absolutely stunning I highly recommend hope rings the packaging is super cute and there's a lovely note in along with a authenticity card

Very pleased! Gave one to my mother n law and one to my sister n law and kept one for myself. My wife passed on July 27.
