i ordered 2 “paw hug from heaven” rings for myself and my mother. i ordered them 3 weeks ago, the day after our sweet dog passed away. i received no notice of shipment, tracking, etc. i finally received them today, and they don’t look sterling silver at all, but they actually look almost like they’re fake and rusty. the engravement is too small to read on both rings, you can’t even read it with a flashlight shown on it. i’m so disappointed with my order, especially considering i paid almost $70 for the rings.

This is a beautiful ring. I bought it for my great niece who loss her mom. She was moved to tears and just loved it. Thank you for the memories and the beautiful ring❤️

This is my 2nd order of Hug Rings from them. I gave all the others to people who were in need of a friendship. I gave them from my heart so they would know I was there for them when they needed a hug. I'll do more of the same with my last order and will more than likely order more in the future if needed. They do make people feel great.

The ring was beautiful! The engraving was so small had to use a magnifying glass to read it.

My wife came to me and showed me the ring isn’t sterling silver it changed color to a greenish copper. This company always blames its logistics department and they aren’t the ones who make this dam ring . I’ll be taking this matter a step further!!!
