Very comfortable walking boots, first walk in the boots was from Robin Hoods Bay up to Ravenscar along the cinder path,and back. Well made boots no sore feet afterwards. Was impressed enough to buy a second pair while the sale was on. 👍

Ordered on line, prompt delivery and shirts good quality

Purchased a mens fleece waistcoat for my husband's birthday, he was very pleased with the quality of the garment, sizing was good I ordered a medium even though some reviews said the sizing was generous and they ordered a size smaller I am glad I ordered my usual size, delivery was good too, an all round good experience.

Superfast delivery of a hat precisely as advertised. I was a little disappointed with the carrier induced crumpled condition upon delivery which took a while to get back in to shape. This is not, however, lowering my love of the hat. I'd be more than happy, if it were possible, to pay extra for sturdy packaging to retain the shape. All in all an excellent product for the price and Rydale has been added to my list of preferred sellers.

Beware of Rydales sizings. I'm not quite sure if its American size charts they use, but its certainly not British. I recently bought a medium sized shirt from a show and when i got home it was absolutely huge. The sleeves went way beyond my finger tips. So i contacted customer services and they quickly sorted out a replacement in size small. This arrived and it seemed to be just as large as the previous. The quality and designs are lovely from Rydale, unfortunately the sizing really lets them down. The do however have very good customer service.

After buying a Panama hat for myself at Rydale, I found it to be so good that I bought this second one for my son. He's not a hat person but it looks better on him than it looks on me.

Good quality and fit

I purchased a £60 shoulder bag but unfortunately it collected every bit of fluff lint animal hair etc it was quite embarrassing to use as I had to clean it off frequently and we’re talking on an hourly basis. I contacted Ryedale and offered to return the bag so they could see the problem. Their response was to give me a £5 refund to buy a de fuzzer. I’m shocked beyond words their customer service is appalling and insulting.
