I had a problem with the product but before writing a bad review I thought I’d explain to customer services. Well, the response blew me away… very prompt and so pro active. And over the period of 48hrs and a couple of emails to and fro, I was offered a replacement and some extras to rectify the situation. I loved the style and comfort of the boots but they didn’t seem to be what I had expected in terms of performance. Paul handled the situation with integrity and such a professional manner. He went above and beyond. So refreshing. Thank you
