Parts missing during shipping and had to re tap the threads on the front swing arms

Haven’t received my order. Sent an email and made a call inquiring about delivery. Very disappointing. And I paid for expedited shipping. I’m ok with waiting. But the lack of communication is unacceptable. Never order from you again..

Received what I ordered in time for Christmas for grandchildren. Have not run it yet. No damage during shipping

Communication is little to nothing. And I'm missing hardware as well as a damaged package.

Great delivery time earlier than expected. Both 4 wheelers started up right out the crate. Only issue is the box was torn open and metal crate bent bot product was acceptable.

4 wheeler arrived on time it did have some damage but they are supposed to sending me parts to fix it
